There are many reasons why people choose to work one-to-one with me. It may be for just one session or a few before joining a group class. You may like regular weekly or fortnightly sessions to help you unwind after work or have a specific issue you would like yoga to help with over the longer term.

In private one-to-one yoga the focus is 100% on you, and the particular outcomes you're seeking on your yoga journey. Working at a pace to suit you, I create a comfortable, safe space centred on your aims and preferences.
Adaptations are offered to help you get maximum benefit from each Asana (posture); and breathing practices, relaxation and meditation are tailored to your specific needs.
