Chair-based Gentle Years Yoga is an inclusive movement practice for mid-life & older adults with a wide range of health conditions and hip & knee replacements. Gentle Years Yoga is ideal for you if you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor and/or would feel more comfortable practising yoga from a chair. This allows everyone to participate safely at their own level and enjoy their yoga. My Gentle Years Yoga courses offer a great way to get into yoga, have fun and make new friends.
