My passion for yoga teaching is to offer an authentic experience for my students, meeting them where they are.
I have been practising yoga for about 20 years and teaching for 10 years. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and have also completed modules with BWY Yoga for people living with cancer and Calm for Kids yoga teacher training.
